    How do I check availability or get a price?

    Nothing could be easier! On our Côté Ô website, in the search engine, select the Côté Ô campsite of your choice and enter your dates. Then let us guide you!
    You can also contact us by telephone on +33 5 47 74 30 72, or send us an e-mail to: reservation@cote-o.fr. Our team is at your disposal to help you create your stay.

    How to book?

    You can make your reservation :

    • directly on our website, using the search engine
    • by telephone on +33 5 47 74 30 72 (7 days a week from 9am to 8pm)
    • by email at reservation@cote-o.fr

    A reservation is considered firm when the 30% deposit is paid. You will receive confirmation of your booking by email.

    What are the payment terms?

    To validate a reservation a deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 30 days before your arrival at the campsite. For all bookings made after 30 days, the total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.

    When I book, can I choose my location?

    We encourage you to let us know your preferences: close to the entertainment centre, in the shade, at the entrance of the campsite… You can mention your preferences in the “comments” section of your booking form, or by telephone on +33 5 47 74 30 72. Subject to availability, the campsite will allocate you the pitch that best suits your wishes.

    Is it possible to make an option for a stay?

    No, it is not possible to put an option on a stay. All reservation requests must be firm.

    How do I cancel a booking?

    Any request for cancellation must be made in writing by email to reservation@cote-o.fr. The deadlines are calculated from the date of receipt of the e-mail.

    It is reminded that in application of the provisions of article L221-28 and following of the Consumer Code, none of the services offered by Côté Ô are subject to the right of withdrawal.

    What is the difference between the tranquillity option and cancellation insurance?

    The Tranquility Option is an option offered only by Cote O: it allows you to cancel your reservation, free of charge and without justification, until D-15.

    The cancellation insurance is a service offered by our partner CampezCouvert. It is a paying service (3.5% of the amount of the stay). This cancellation insurance allows you to cancel your stay and to benefit from an insurance cover, if the reason for the cancellation falls within the scope of the guarantees covered by our partner.

    In the event of cancellation, what are the refund procedures?

    You have made a reservation:

    1. Without cancellation insurance, without tranquillity option
      In case of cancellation, no refund will be made.
    2. With the tranquillity option :
      With the tranquillity option, you benefit from flexible cancellation conditions:

      • Up to 15 days before arrival: free cancellation, with credit note or refund of the amount paid.
      • From 14 days before arrival: no refunds will be made.
    3. With cancellation insurance :
      The cancellation insurance allows you to cancel your stay and benefit from a refund from our partner, according to certain reasons (see conditions of the partner). Any request for cover is firm and final and entails the cancellation of the file. The customer will not be able to claim any compensation from the Côté Ô group or ask for the reservation to be kept if the insurer refuses.
      To cancel your stay :

      • Send a cancellation request by email to reservation@cote-o.fr
      • Report your claim to our partner at sinistres@gritchen.fr. Please note that you have 5 days, from the date of the claim, to report the claim.
        Côté Ô is not responsible for your insurance file. The follow-up of your claim is done by our partner.
    I have a credit note, how do I use it?

    To use your credit, please contact our team at the central reservation office on +33 5 47 74 30 72. Your credit note will be automatically deducted from your next booking.
