    How can I check availability or get a quote?

    To check availability or get a quote, nothing could be easier! Go to our website, make your choice from one of our Côté Ô Villages & Clubs Campsites and fill in your dates. You can also contact us by phone at 05.47.74.30.72, or write us an email at: reservation@cote-o.fr

    At the time of my reservation, can I choose my pitch?

    We encourage you to let us know your preferences. You can mention your preferences in the “comments” section of your booking form, or by telephone at 05.47.74.30.72. Subject to availability, the campsite will assign you the pitch best suited to your wishes.

    Is it possible to make an option for a stay?

    No, it is not possible to put an option on a stay. All reservation requests must be firm.

    Are babies included in the accommodation capacity?

    Yes, babies are included in the accommodation capacity. The maximum number of people in the accommodation must not be exceeded. Note that children under 2 years go free at our camping sites throughout the season!

    How do I pay for my stay?

      When you make your reservation on the payment link you will find the bank details of the campsite on which you have booked.
    • By holiday vouchers:
      We advise you to send a registered letter to the campsite address given on the booking form.
      As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
    Do you accept VACAF cheques?

    Our campsites are not VACAF approved. Only credit cards, bank transfers, cheques and holiday cheques (ANCV) are accepted for the payment of your stay.

    Are babies included in the accommodation capacity?

    Yes, babies are included in the accommodation’s capacity. The capacity of the accommodation must not be exceeded. Please note that on the camping pitches, children under 2 years of age are our guests all season long!

    Are children from 0 to 4 years of age looked after by activity leaders?

    No, the family is responsible for the supervision of children between 0 and 4 years old. Beyond this age, Clubs are available for children and teenagers.

    Are pets accepted on the pitches and in the accommodation?

    Pets are accepted on the campsite pitches, with the exception of 1st and 2nd category dogs. A supplement will be asked for at the time of booking. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. They are not allowed near the swimming pools, in the food shops and in the buildings. The vaccination booklet for animals must be up to date.

    Are the accommodation units equipped with duvets?

    All our rentals are equipped with blankets or duvets and pillows. Sheets can be provided at an additional cost. For Prestige and Prestige SPA accommodation, sheets and towels are included.

    Is cleaning at the end of my stay included in my booking?

    The end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price of the stay except for Prestige and Prestige SPA accommodation. You can add the “End of stay cleaning” service to your booking by ticking the paid option in the “cleaning package” section, or you can indicate this when you call in case of a telephone booking.

    Are the mobile homes equipped with heating and/or air conditioning?

    Some mobile homes are equipped with heating. To check this, simply consult the description of our accommodation on our website, or ask our reservation team on 05.47.74.30.72. Air conditioning is available in certain accommodation, at Les Sables de Cordouan campsite only.

    Can I access the aquatic area without staying at the campsite?

    Our aquatic areas are reserved exclusively for our clients. Thank you for your understanding.

    Can I connect to the internet at the Côté Ô campsites?

    All Côté Ô campsites offer free shared low-speed WIFI access.

    How much does it cost to rent a bike at Côté Ô?

    The price of a bike hire varies according to the campsite you have chosen. Do not hesitate to ask at reception on arrival. For specific requests you can call the reservation centre on 05.47.74.30.72.

    What are the opening and closing dates of the Côté Ô campsites?

    As a general rule, the Côté Ô Campsites – Villages and Clubs are open from April to September. In 2021, our campsites will be open from 2 April to 26 September 2021.

    What are the arrival and departure times at the Côté Ô Villages & Clubs Campsites?

    For rentals: arrivals are from 4:00 pm and departures until 10:00 am.

    For pitches: arrivals are from 2.00 pm and departures until 12.00 am.

    Any arrival outside the opening hours must be agreed in advance with the reception.

    What to do in the event of a dispute?

    If, despite our best efforts to satisfy you fully, you have any complaints, we ask you to immediately inform our team on site who will endeavour to provide you with an answer, and if necessary, to send us your complaint by e-mail to the following address reservation@cote-o.fr, within a maximum of 2 weeks after the end date of your stay. Our customer service will then deal with your complaint as soon as possible.

    How do I cancel a booking?

    It is reminded that in application of the provisions of article L221-28 and following of the Consumer Code, none of the services offered by Côté Ô is subject to the right of withdrawal. Any cancellation of a reservation must be made by email to the following address reservation@cote-o.fr. Deadlines are calculated from the date of receipt of the email.

    You have made a reservation:

    1. Without cancellation insurance, without the peace and quiet option

    The following cancellation conditions apply:

    • In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the date of arrival: Côté Ô retains the deposit paid.
    • In case of cancellation 15 days before the arrival date: Côté Ô will keep all the sums paid.
    1. With the tranquillity option

    If you have taken out the Tranquillity option when you make your reservation, you will benefit from flexible cancellation conditions :

    • Up to 30 days prior to arrival: reimbursement of the sums paid, minus the Tranquillity option.
    • From 29 days and up to 14 days before arrival: reimbursement of the sums paid, less a fixed cancellation fee of 95€.
    • From 13 days before arrival: No refund will be made.
    1. With cancellation insurance:

    If you have taken out cancellation insurance via our service provider, you have 5 days (from the date of the loss) to declare the loss to our partner sinistres@gritchen.fr

    Any request for coverage is firm and definitive and will result in the cancellation of the file. The client will not be able to claim any compensation from the Côté Ô group or request that the reservation be retained in the event of refusal by the insurer.

    How do I use my credit?

    According to the new government provisions you have up to 18 months to use it from the date of your initial stay. Contact our team at the central reservation office on 05.47.74.30.72.

    How do I use the postponement of my stay?

    According to the new government regulations, you have up to 18 months from the date of your initial stay to use it to postpone your stay to the same periods equivalent to those of Côte Ô. Contact our team at the central reservation office on 05.47.74.30.72.
