FAQ - After my stay
Remember to check your SPAMS. If you have not received the email, please contact our team at the reservation centre on +33 5 47 74 30 72 who will inform you about the return of your deposit.
Send a request by e-mail to email@example.com, specifying your customer reference number and all the information that must appear on the certificate of stay (surnames, first names and dates of birth of the participants). This document can only be issued at the end of your stay.
- If you booked directly with Côté Ô, your invoice was sent to you within 3 days after your departure. However, if you have not received the e-mail, send a request by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying your customer reference, in order to receive your invoice. This document can only be issued at the end of your stay.
- If you have booked with one of our partners, we invite you to contact this partner to obtain your invoice.
